If you dispute the above action in any way, <br /> you should appear at that time. Failure to appear may result in <br /> entry of a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, violation of which is a <br /> misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not to exceed $1 ,000 per day. <br /> SECTION 2: <br /> That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1383-87 (EMC 1 .20.030) which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> All NOTICE OF VIOLATIONS issued by staff shall be submitted to <br /> the Violations Hearing Examiner, as established under Section 4 <br /> hereof, who shall inquire as to the validity of the violation. <br /> Said notice my be amended by City staff in the course of <br /> contested proceedings.
