WSDOT (FAUS) $625,050 b. 1/2 Gast Tax $124.950 Total Construction Funds $750,000 Section 5: The City Treasurer of the City of Everett is hereby authorized to obtain interim financing which may be in any form permitted by law. Interim financing liabilities shall be paid by the Treasurer as soon as permanent financing monies, from sources as described elsewhere in this ordinance, are received. Section 6: Severability. If any provision of this ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be conclusively presumed that this ordinance would have been enacted without the provision so held unconstitutional or invalid and the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected as a result of said part being held unconstitutional or invalid. Section 7: This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation. BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: A special construction fund is hereby established as Fund 356, entitled "7th Avenue SE Improvements" to accumulate the construction costs required to construct the 7th Avenue SE Improvements. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 356 for construction of the 7th Avenue SE Improvements. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director, " under the direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $1,361,525 is hereby appropriated to Fund 356, "7th Avenue SE Improvements" as follows: 2 (1478)
