i . Group-Care Homes, Class II-A - a maximum of 6 <br /> residents and 2 resident staff; <br /> ii. Group-Care Homes, Class II-B - a maximum of 10 <br /> residents and 2 resident staff; and <br /> iii. Group-Care Homes, Class II-C - a maximum of 20 <br /> residents and 4 resident staff. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> Group Home <br /> a. Group-Care Homes, Class I. State licensed foster homes <br /> for children (not including nursing homes) , homes for <br /> handicapped and physically disabled, homes for the mentally <br /> ill, and homes for those with developmental disabilities. <br /> Group-Care Homes, Class I, are sub-classified as follows: <br /> i. Group-Care Homes, Class I-A - a maximum of 6 <br /> residents and 2 resident staff; <br /> ii. Group-Care Homes, Class I-B - a maximum of 12 <br /> residents and 2 resident staff; and <br /> iii. Group-Care Homes, Class I-C - a maximum of 20 <br /> residents and 4 resident staff. <br /> b. Group-Care Homes, Class II. State-licensed group-care <br /> homes for juvenile delinquents, halfway houses providing <br /> residence in lieu of institutional sentencing, halfway <br /> houses providing residence to those needing correctional <br /> institutionalization, and residential rehabilitation centers <br /> for current abusers of alcohol and drugs. Group-Care Homes, <br /> Class II are sub-classified as follows: <br /> i. Group-Care Homes, Class II-A - a maximum of 6 <br /> residents and 2 resident staff; <br /> ii . Group-Care Homes, Class II-B - a maximum of 10 <br /> residents and 2 resident staff; and <br /> iii.
