State licensed foster homes <br /> for children (not including nursing homes) , homes for <br /> handicapped and physically disabled, homes for the mentally <br /> ill, and homes for those with developmental disabilities. <br /> Group-Care Homes, Class I, are sub-classified as follows: <br /> i.
