I Director may forthwith order a stop work on the system, facility or project <br /> 2 covered by drainage plan approval . <br /> 3 Section 6: INSPECTIONS - RIGHT-OF-ENTRY. <br /> 4 The Director of Public Works or his/her designee, is authorized to <br /> 5 enter at all reasonable times in or upon any property, public or private, <br /> 6 for the purpose of inspecting and investigating any conditions relating to <br /> 7 the provisions of this ordinance or any regulation adopted under this <br /> 8 ordinance, provided that the City shall first obtain from the owner or <br /> 9 person responsible for such premises permission to enter. If entry is <br /> 10 refused, the City shall have recourse to every remedy provided by law to <br /> 11 secure entry. <br /> 12 Section 7: OBSTRUCTING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR OR HIS/HER DESIGNEE. <br /> 13 A person commits the offense of Obstructing the Public Works Director <br /> 14 or his/her designee if: <br /> 15 <br /> 16 1 . He or she intentionally uses or threatens to use force to <br /> obstruct a person he or she knows or should reasonably know <br /> 17 is the Public Works Director or his/her designee and is <br /> performing his or her official duties in the enforcement of <br /> 18 surface water system regulations; or <br /> 19 2. He or she intentionally does any act that he or she knows <br /> or should reasonably know will interfere with or obstruct a <br /> 20 person known to be or who should reasonably be known to be <br /> responsible for the enforcement of surface water system <br /> 21 regulations. <br /> 22 Section 8: REFUSAL TO GIVE INFORMATION TO THE PUBLIC WORK DIRECTOR OR <br /> 23 DESIGNEE. <br /> 24 Any person requested to identify himself or herself to the Public Works <br /> 25 Director or his/her designee for the enforcement of this ordinance pursuant <br /> 26 to an investigation of a violation hereof has a duty to identify himself or <br /> 27 herself and give his or her current address. Failure to comply with the <br /> 28 requirements of this section shall be a violation of this ordinance. <br /> 29 Section 9: CORRECTION AND DISCONTINUANCE OF UNSAFE CONDITIONS. <br /> 30 A. The Director may order the correction or discontinuance of any <br /> 31 unsafe condition. <br /> 32 <br /> 4 <br />
