1 thrown, drained, run, allow to seep or otherwise discharge into the surface <br /> 2 water system any organic or inorganic matter that shall cause or tend to <br /> 3 cause pollution of such waters, as provided for in this section: <br /> 4 Pollution includes, but is not limited to the following: <br /> 5 A. Petroleum products including but not limited to oil , gasoline, <br /> 6 grease, fuel oil , heating oil ; <br /> 7 B. Chemicals; <br /> 8 C. Paints; <br /> 9 D. Steam cleaning wastes; <br /> 10 E. Fresh concrete; <br /> 11 F. Washing of fresh concrete for cleaning and/or finishing purposes <br /> 12 to expose aggregates; <br /> 13 G. Laundry wastes; <br /> 14 H. Soaps; <br /> 15 I. Pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers within twenty-five (25) <br /> 16 feet of a surface water system; <br /> 17 J. Sanitary sewage including septic tank fluids; <br /> 18 K. Degreasers and/or solvents; <br /> 19 L. Antifreeze, transmission fluid or other automotive products; <br /> 20 M. Animal carcasses; <br /> 21 N. Acids or alkalis; <br /> 22 0. Recreational vehicle wastes; <br /> 23 P. Dyes (without prior permission of the drainage utility) ; and <br /> 24 Q. Any fluid with a pH less than 6.0 or greater than 8.5. <br /> 25 Pollution shall be a violation of this ordinance. <br /> 26 Section 5: CONSENT TO INSPECTION. <br /> 27 As a condition of approval of any drainage plan reviewed pursuant to <br /> 28 Ordinance No. 514-78 (EMC 14.28) , each applicant shall be required to <br /> 29 consent, in writing, to reasonable periodic inspection by the City. If the <br /> 30 applicant refuses to consent to inspection, or prevents any such inspection <br /> 31 from taking place, or causes or allows the prevention of any inspection, the <br /> 32 <br /> 3 <br />
