SECTION 7: <br /> Subsection 15.030.A of Ordinance No. 1671-89, which reads: <br /> A. Except as provided in Paragraph B of this Subsection, <br /> there shall be provided on each development site the <br /> following amounts of common open space, which shall not <br /> include required setback areas: <br /> R-3 (L) , B-2(B) = Two hundred ( 200) square feet per dwelling <br /> unit <br /> R-3 , B-i , B-2 = One hundred fifty (150) square feet per <br /> dwelling unit <br /> R-4 , C-1 = One hundred (100) square feet per dwelling unit <br /> R-5 = Fifty ( 50) square feet per dwelling unit <br /> The required common open space may be divided into separate <br /> areas of not less than five hundred (500) square feet each <br /> with the minimum dimension of each such area being not less <br /> than twenty ( 20) feet in the R-3(L) and B-2(B) Zones, <br /> fifteen (15) feet in the R-3 , B-i and B-2 Zones, and ten <br /> (10) feet in the R-4 , R-5 and C-1 zones. Open spaces may be <br /> developed with lawn, landscaping, active recreation areas, <br /> courtyards and walkways. Bark or gravel covering of <br /> required open space areas shall not be used for off-street <br /> parking and parking areas shall not be credited for <br /> satisfying the open space requirements. Landscape areas <br /> located in off-street parking areas shall not be given <br /> credit for satisfying on-site opne space requirements. Open <br /> space areas for multiple family developments on lots which <br /> contain environmentally sensitive areas shall be provided <br /> within those portions of the lot which are not <br /> environmentally sensitive unless otherwise aproved by the <br /> Planning Director pursuant to Subsection 15.110 . <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> A.
