When off-street parking is located within a parking structure, under a building other than a carport , or within an enclosed garage, the landscaping required in the internal area of parking lots by Sections 35_flRo_Tl and 39.080.F. need not he provided for the parking spaces contained within such structures_ When off-street parking is provided under a carport , the landscaping required in the internal area of parking lots by Sections 39_080_n and 19_ORn_F shall he provided for the parking spaces located under the cover of carports.
