• <br /> 1 4. Require the purchaser to state the particular address where <br /> the malt liquor will be consumed, or the particular address <br /> 2 where the keg or other container will be physically <br /> located; and <br /> 3 <br /> 5. Require the purchaser to maintain a copy of the declaration <br /> 4 and receipt next to or adjacent to the keg or other <br /> container, in no event a distance greater than five feet, <br /> 5 and visible without a physical barrier from the keg, during <br /> the time that the keg or other container is in the <br /> 6 purchaser' s possession or control . <br /> 7 <br /> Section 2: EMC 10.43.020, part of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1243-86, <br /> 8 <br /> which reads as follows: <br /> 9 <br /> Purchaser' s Duty. <br /> 10 <br /> Any person who purchases the contents of kegs or other <br /> 11 containers containing six (6) gallons or more of malt liquor, or <br /> purchases or leases the container shall : <br /> 12 <br /> 1 . Be of legal age to purchase, possess or use malt liquor; <br /> 13 <br /> 2. Not allow any person under the age of twenty-one (21 ) to <br /> 14 consume the beverage except as provided by RCW 66.44.270; <br /> 15 3. Not remove, obliterate, or allow to be removed or <br /> obliterated, the numbered label affixed to the container; <br /> 16 <br /> 4. Not move, keep or store keg or its contents, except for <br /> 17 transporting to and from distributor, at any place other <br /> than that particular address declared on the receipt and <br /> 18 declaration; <br /> 19 5. Maintain a copy of the declaration and receipt next to or <br /> adjacent to the keg or other container, in no event a <br /> 20 distance greater than five (5) feet, and visible without <br /> physical barrier from such keg, during the time that the <br /> 21 keg or other container is in the purchaser's possession <br /> and/or control . <br /> 22 <br /> 23 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 24 <br /> Purchaser's Duties. <br /> 25 <br /> Any person who purchases the contents of kegs or other <br /> 26 containers containing four (4) gallons or more of malt liquor, or <br /> purchases or leases the container shall : <br /> 27 <br /> 1 . Sign a declaration and receipt for the keg or other <br /> 28 container or beverage in substantially the form provided in <br /> RCW 66.28.220; <br /> 29 <br /> 2. Provide one piece of identification pursuant to RCW <br /> 30 66.16.040; <br /> 31 3. Be of legal age to purchase, possess, or use malt liquor; <br /> 32 <br /> 3 <br />
