• <br /> 1 J. The Personnel Department shall monitor the use of shared leave <br /> 2 with the objective of establishing uniform administration of this ordinance <br /> 3 for all employees of the City. Inappropriate use or treatment of the shared <br /> 4 leave provision may result in the cancellation of the donated leave or use <br /> 5 of shared leave. In no event shall any unused shared leave be paid to the <br /> 6 donee employee in the event of leaving City service. <br /> 7 K. This program has been established as a pilot program of the City <br /> 8 of Everett subject to review within one (1 ) calendar year. The City of <br /> 9 Everett in its sole discretion may cancel this program.
