2. The amendment of Ordinance No. 3089-08 following the completion of the subarea <br /> planning process will allow for a more thorough analysis of college growth needs and <br /> potential impacts of college campus growth than through a separate review of the site <br /> specific master plan submitted by ECC. <br /> 3. The subarea planning process will allow for a more comprehensive public participation <br /> process addressing future land use needs of not only ECC, but also of WSU and the <br /> surrounding neighborhood. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL HEREBY RESOLVES the following: <br /> 1. The submittal of a draft master plan revision by Everett Community College before the <br /> end of 2015 satisfies the requirement of Condition No. 7 of Section 2 of Ordinance No. <br /> 3089-08. <br /> 2. The information from the draft master plan revision for Everett Community College will <br /> be used during the subarea planning process to address campus growth needs and impacts <br /> related to the overall area. <br /> 3.
