Verify and participate in owner training. <br /> I. Design phases and documentation consisting of: <br /> 1. Project Initiation: <br /> a. Field investigations and record document discovery. <br /> b. Code review. <br /> c. Calculations(including over-current coordination curves)and utility company <br /> coordination. <br /> d. Development design schedule. <br /> 2. 30% Construction Documents: <br /> a. "Basis of Design"narrative, consisting of a written description of basic systems <br /> for the Project. <br /> b. AutoCAD-generated drawings will be produced for all disciplines. <br />
