Construction cost estimate for each submittal. <br /> 4. 100%Construction, Final, Permit and Bid Documents: <br /> a. Owner review comment response. <br /> b. Complete architectural and structural plans,civil plans and details, mechanical and <br /> electrical systems plans and details. <br /> c. Construction specifications, based upon using our master specifications in <br /> conventional CSI format. <br /> d. Preparation of permit and bid packages. <br /> 5. Bidding and Construction Phases: <br /> a. Submit permit and bid documents. <br /> b. Preparation of addenda to be reproduced and distributed. <br /> c. Responding to Contractor questions and substitution requests. <br /> d. Review of submittals and shop drawings. <br />
