Create Site Level Map for City to Departmental Structure, Navigation and Layout Standards <br /> 6. Identify Key Departmental Requirements that will still follow overall branding and Site <br /> Navigation, but allow for personalized functionality per department <br /> 7. Review what should be migrated over vs. being rebuilt or repurposed from the existing <br /> SharePoint site <br /> 8. Develop Future Training and Knowledge Management Rollout Plan <br /> 9. Develop Security and Permissions Standards and Rubric for simple end user and site <br /> management <br /> 10. Gather, analyze, refine, and document City of Everett's business,technical, and other <br /> requirements for SharePoint Online implementation and migration of data <br /> 11.
