Optimization Advisicon consultants integrate project management best practices and the latest collaboration technologies (SharePoint,0365 Groups,Teams) and other 0365 technologies to fit each client's organizational structure, strategy,goals and culture. This can include integration or building out the tactical plans,taxonomies and scripts for managing and scaling the technology to optimize and automate manual processes identified in you the customers work or project or product lifecycles. Optimization will identify situations for emphasizing performance improvement within the new system as well as optimizing and standardizing the SharePoint sites, branding and uniformity of the navigation and taxonomies to help reduce time to support and grow the use of SharePoint with end users and site owners.
