SHAREPOINT ONLINE STANDARDIZATION & MIGRATION COSTS This Statement of Work documents the scope of this project at this time. The deliverables and services described in this SOW are NOT fixed-price deliverables;the estimates provided above are based on Advisicon's experience with these types of deployments. Once we have completed Phase 1: Requirements and Specifications Gathering,we will be able to validate our understanding of the remaining phases of this engagement and can review the estimation of time Advisicon will invoice only for the actual hours worked on the activities and deliverables described in this SOW and those approved through the change management process that City of Everett and Advisicon will develop and agree upon as defined for the engagement. We anticipate that there will be little need for travel, but requirements mapping and training is very helpful face to face. Many customers prefer to limit travel as much of this can be done through remote connection and online working/training sessions. This proposal is a time and materials with an estimated not to exceed implementation based on existing known requirements. The estimate will be re-evaluated after the requirements mapping session to validate the time estimates. Future ongoing support or the full site migration can be added as a separate Statement of Work. Page 16
