PROJECT CHANGE MANAGEMENT <br /> City of Everett and Advisicon will develop and agree on a shared process for managing changes during Phases 2 <br /> to 4 of this project. City of Everett and Advisicon agree to work together;to monitor and manage changes and <br /> refinements to the scope, design,and work of this project. This document defines the scope of this project, at <br /> this time, and provides the basis on which City of Everett and Advisicon will manage the scope and changes in <br /> the course of this project. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The Implementation should take an overall elapsed Month. Not hours,but elapsed time so that from working <br /> through holidays, requirements and design to the single site migration and branding and final acceptance should <br /> be a short period. ' HI MVP Too <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> This proposed SOW is based on the following assumptions: <br /> a. Advisicon is not responsible for software and software licensing and that is not included in this proposal <br /> b. The current IT infrastructure at City of Everett can support the solution, or City of Everett will be willing to <br /> support infrastructure enhancement to support the solution. <br /> c. Training can be conducted on-site or remotely within City of Everett's environment. <br /> d. The performance of the work described in this SOW and the schedule for delivering it is dependent upon <br /> adequate City of Everett resources being available for the planning,training and deployment of the solution. <br /> e. If required,travel will be reimbursed at cost, plus$50/day for per diem expenses for out of town/overnight <br /> stays <br /> f. Office 365 will be provisioned and available for us to work remotely with in doing migrations or branding/ <br /> site design work. <br /> Page 17 <br />
