1 ORDINANCE NO. //000—/0 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the <br /> assessments and assessment roll of Local Improvement <br /> 4 District No . 724 for the arterial street and <br /> sanitary sewer and water system improvements along <br /> 5 the corridor of 100th Street SW and of 1st Place <br /> West from 4th Avenue West to Everett Mall Way, as <br /> 6 provided by Ordinance No . 1297-86 ; levying and <br /> assessing a part of the cost and expense thereof <br /> 7 against the several lots , tracts, parcels of land <br /> and other property as shown on the assessment roll ; <br /> 8 and finding, declaring , ratifying and confirming the <br /> inclusion of Lot 20 on the assessment roll and in <br /> 9 the District as proper in all respects . <br /> 10 WHEREAS, Local Improvement District No . 724 (the <br /> 11 "District" ) was created and established by Ordinance No . <br /> 12 1297-86 , passed by the City Council on October 1, 1986 , <br /> 13 following a hearing held pursuant to Resolution No . 2747 , passed <br /> 14 on August 27 , 1986 ; and <br /> 15 WHEREAS, Lot 20 , Block 7, Plat of Intercity Addition <br /> 16 Division No . 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in <br /> 17 Volume 11 of Plats , Page 9 , Records of Snohomish County, <br /> 18 Washington ( "Lot 20" ) , was included in the description of the <br /> 19 property to be benefited by the improvements and included in the <br /> 20 District as set forth in both Resolution No . 2747 and Ordinance <br /> 21 No . 1297-86 , but was omitted from the preliminary assessment <br /> 22 roll of the District ; and <br /> 23 WHEREAS, the City Council at a meeting on May 22 , 1990 , <br /> 24 having heard a report and having reason to believe that Lot 20 <br /> 25 in fact is benefited by the improvements in the District , <br />
