The assessments and assessment roll of Local 5 Improvement District No . 724 which has been created and 6 established for the purpose of constructing an arterial street 7 and sanitary sewer and water system along the corridor of 100th 8 Street SW and of 1st Place West from 4th Avenue West to Everett 9 Mall Way, as provided by Ordinance No . 1297-86 , as the same now 10 stand shall be and the same are approved and confirmed in all 11 things and respects in the total amount of $ 691,000 . 12 Section 2 . Each of the lots , tracts , parcels of land and 13 other property shown upon the assessment roll is determined and 14 declared to be specially benefited by this improvement in at 15 least the amount charged against the same, and the assessment 16 appearing against the same is in proportion to the several 17 assessments appearing upon the roll . There is levied and 18 assessed against each lot, tract or parcel of land and other 19 property appearing upon the roll the amount finally charged 20 against the same thereon. 21 Section 3 . The assessment roll as approved and confirmed 22 shall be filed with the City Treasurer for collection and the 23 City Treasurer is authorized and directed to publish notice as 24 required by law stating that the roll is in his hands for 25 collection and that payment of any assessment thereon or any - 3 -
