1 Section 4: PROOF OF INSURANCE. <br /> 2 A certificate of insurance must be filed with the City Clerk at the <br /> 3 time the application is filed. Insurance coverage shall be in the minimum <br /> 4 limits of $100,000 combined single limits for bodily injury and property <br /> 5 damage liability per occurence. For vehicles in the custody of the <br /> 6 licensee, the insurance coverage shall provide minimum limits of $50,000 <br /> 7 from the time a vehicle comes into the custody of an operator until it is <br /> 8 redeemed or sold. The certificate of insurance shall indicate the <br /> 9 licensee's extent of coverage, limits, and the expiration date of said <br /> 10 policy. <br /> 11 Such insurance as required herein shall be maintained in full force and <br /> 12 effect for the full period to be covered by the license applied for. <br /> 13 Applicant shall submit a certificate of insurance to the City at the time of <br /> 14 license application indicating compliance with the insurance requirements <br /> 15 set forth herein and naming the City of Everett as an additional insured on <br /> 16 the insurance coverage. The insurer shall be obliged to give not less than <br /> 17 thirty (30) days written notice to the City before any cancellation or <br /> 18 termination of the policy earlier than its expiration date. <br /> 19 Section 5: LICENSE FEE. <br /> 20 The annual fee for a towing business license shall be One Hundred <br /> 21 Dollars ($100). The license shall expire on December 31 of the year for <br /> 22 which the license was issued and there shall be no prorating of the license <br /> 23 fee; except that when the original application for the license is made <br /> 24 subsequent to June 30, then the fee for the balance of that year shall be <br /> 25 Fifty Dollars ($50) . <br /> 26 Section 6: LICENSE - ISSUANCE, RENEWAL, DENIAL, SUSPENSION AND <br /> REVOCATION. <br /> 27 <br /> A. A license will be denied to any person if the City Clerk, after <br /> 28 <br /> due investigation, finds that the applicant or the owner has done any of the <br /> 29 <br /> following: <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1 . Made any false statement on the application or omitted <br /> information required on the application; <br /> 32 <br /> 3 <br />
