4.3 Funding <br /> 4.3.1 Everett Utilities will provide annual funding of$100,000 for low— <br /> income assistance. <br /> 4.3.2 If funds are depleted, staff will review to determine if additional <br /> funding can be made available. <br /> 4.3.3 Funding shall be increased by budget amendment. <br /> 5.0 Review <br /> 5.1 Applications will be reviewed by Staff or Vendor to determine <br /> eligibility. <br /> 5.2 Additional information may be requested of Applicant by staff or <br /> Vendor before final determination can be made. <br /> 6.0 Appeal <br /> 6.1 Applicants may appeal a negative determination to the City of Everett <br /> Public Works Finance Manager or Public Works Director. <br /> 6.2 The decision of Public Works Finance Manager or Director shall be <br /> final. <br /> 7.0 - Privacy. An applicant's address, telephone number and electronic contact <br /> information will be treated as confidential under RCW 42.56.330(2).
