PROPOSAL <br /> DATE 7-Sep-17 <br /> TO Carol Thomas, City of Everett Cultural Arts Manager <br /> PREPARED BY Kelly Pajek, 4Culture <br /> RE Everett, North Broadway Transit <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 4Culture to manage the outreach and selection process for one site-specific commission for <br /> the North Broadway Transit in Everett. <br /> Services to include: <br /> (1)OUTREACH: Create an invitational call-to-artists <br /> (2) PANEL&APPLICATION MANAGEMENT: Manage artist soliciation, application processing, <br /> and panel coordination. <br /> (3)SELECTION PROCESS: Facilitate 2 panel meetings. <br /> These phases are detailed on a task and sub-task basis in the following pages. <br /> BASIS OF COST <br /> 4Culture estimates cost of service, up to$6,900, on an hourly basis. This proposal is based on general <br /> assumptions.The estimated hours are"not to exceed" amounts. <br /> Client is only billed for actual hours worked. <br /> 4Culture staff provide services at the following rates: <br /> Project Manager: $110 per hour <br /> Administrator: $50 per hour <br /> 4Culture reserves the right to trade hours between tasks and between personnel. <br /> SCHEDULE dates subject to change based on panel finalized call and panel availability <br /> Release RFQ-Late September <br /> Application Deadline- October 19th <br /> Panel 1 -Week of October 30th <br /> Panel 2 -Week of November 13th <br />
