September 20, 2017 <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about climate action plans and energy <br /> descent plans. <br /> Jean Rittmann, Everett, raised concerns about the violations of 2012 <br /> variance requirements and other code violations committed by McDonald's. <br /> City Attorney Iles stated that the Planning Director issued a letter to <br /> McDonald's directing them to bring landscaping into compliance with the <br /> 2012 variance, which if not completed in the near future will be subject to <br /> Code Enforcement action.
