Purdue Pharma LP case. <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance at the Cascade <br /> Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Murphy reported on his attendance at the Delta <br /> Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the court hearing <br /> on September 18. He announced that the General Government <br /> Subcommittee will meet on October 4. He also noted that he responded to <br /> a concern raised by Mr. Peters regarding issues around Clark Park. <br /> President Tuohy reported on her attendance at the U.S. District Court <br /> hearing. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles thanked the Mayor and council members for attending the <br /> U.S. District Court hearing. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Laura Hunter, Mill Creek, spoke about an issue with the Planning and Code <br /> Enforcement departments concerning a building she owns in Everett. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, informed the council that there are a number <br /> of life safety issues with the building and appropriate departments are <br /> involved. <br /> John Salie, Everett, spoke about safety concerns in his neighborhood. <br /> 314 <br />
