• <br /> Clearwell, not specific to this project. <br /> 11.2.5 Bridging documents related to screening building existing bridge demolition developed <br /> by the Owner dated 6/13/2017 identifying specific demolition activities to be completed by the <br /> Design Builder. Coordination information and requirements are included in the Supplementary <br /> Conditions to Contract. <br /> 11.2.6 Bridging documents developed by the Owner dated May 2017 relating to installation of <br /> Owner provided pre-fabricated pedestrian access system connecting the south top of reservoir <br /> dike to the north face of the existing concrete screening building. Coordination information and <br /> requirements are included in the Supplementary Conditions to Contract. <br /> 11.3 Design-Builder's Exclusive Responsibility: Fabrication of Roof. Design-Builder <br /> acknowledges and agrees that, prior to entering to this Contract, Design-Builder has independently <br /> verified all information (including without limitation dimensions and nature of connection points) necessary <br /> for Design-Builder to determine its costs for the fabrication of the new Clearwell roof and for the delivery <br /> to the Site of the new Clearwell roof. Design-Builder shall not place any order for the fabrication of the <br /> Clearwell roof until Design-Builder has independently verified all information necessary for Design-Builder <br /> for such order. <br /> 11.4 Owner Furnished Material and Equipment. Owner will pre-purchase and provide to the Design <br /> Builder a pre-fabricated pedestrian access system for Design Builder installation at the screening <br /> building, consistent with the Owner-provided design package identified in Section 11.2.6 above. <br /> Coordination information and requirements are included in the Supplementary Conditions to Contract. <br /> In executing this Contract, Owner and Design-Builder each represents that it has the necessary financial <br /> resources to fulfill its obligations under this Contract, and each has the necessary corporate approvals to <br /> execute this Contract, and perform the services described herein. <br /> OWNER: DESIGN-BUILDER: <br /> City of Everett, T Bailey, Inc. <br /> a Washington municipal corporation <br /> (Name of D- -Builder) <br /> 'Le.
