Water Side: Remove existing expansion joint material in all joints including the floor slab and from <br /> the floor slab to the top of the wall. Clean joint and apply new expansion joint material that is <br /> suitable for use with potable water to all joints. <br /> 2. Exterior Side: Remove existing expansion joint material in all joints from the top of the wall to two <br /> (2)feet below final grade. Clean joint and apply a suitable expansion joint material to all joints. <br /> 3. Expansion joints are nominally 0.5", although some are as large as 1.25" and should be capable <br /> of providing+/- 0.25" movement without experiencing joint failure. <br /> 4. Use 780 lineal feet for the walls for proposal pricing purposes. <br /> 4.6.1.3 Floor Slab Joint Resealing <br /> 1. Remove existing expansion joint material in all floor slab joints. Clean joint and apply new joint <br /> material that is suitable for use with potable water to all joints. <br /> (a) Use 2,160 lineal feet for proposal pricing purposes. <br /> 2.
