COMPONENT MATERIAL REQUIREMENT <br /> structures <br /> Platforms, ladders, pipe Type 304 SST ACI 301,ACI 318,ACI350.ASTM A666,ASTM A240, <br /> supports and ASTM A276,ASTM A269,ASTM A778,Grade A,Type <br /> miscellaneous metal 304 <br /> components <br /> Interior columns(if used) Reinforced ACI 301,ACI 318,AC1350.ASTM A666,ASTM A240,ASTM <br /> concrete,Type 304 A276,ASTM A269,ASTM A778, Grade A,Type 304 or Type <br /> Stainless Steel or 316 <br /> Type 316 Stainless <br /> Steel for Structural <br /> Applications <br /> 4.6 Repair Work <br /> Repair work, excepting repair of corroded items, shall be completed after demolition of the existing <br /> roof structure and installation of the new roof system are completed. <br /> 4.6.1 East Clearwell Joint Resealing <br /> 4.6.1.1 Construction Joint Resealing <br /> Remove all existing joint sealer, clean joints and apply new joint material suitable for use with <br /> potable water to all existing joints for all of floor slab and walls. <br /> Propose pricing for resealing floor, perimeter, and wall joints based on the sum total lineal feet <br /> (2,160 + 765 + 780). <br /> 4.6.1.2 Wall Expansion Joint Resealing <br /> 1. Water Side: Remove existing expansion joint material in all joints including the floor slab and from <br /> the floor slab to the top of the wall. Clean joint and apply new expansion joint material that is <br /> suitable for use with potable water to all joints. <br /> 2. Exterior Side: Remove existing expansion joint material in all joints from the top of the wall to two <br /> (2)feet below final grade. Clean joint and apply a suitable expansion joint material to all joints. <br /> 3. Expansion joints are nominally 0.5", although some are as large as 1.25" and should be capable <br /> of providing+/- 0.25" movement without experiencing joint failure. <br /> 4. Use 780 lineal feet for the walls for proposal pricing purposes. <br /> 4.6.1.3 Floor Slab Joint Resealing <br /> 1. Remove existing expansion joint material in all floor slab joints. Clean joint and apply new joint <br /> material that is suitable for use with potable water to all joints. <br /> (a) Use 2,160 lineal feet for proposal pricing purposes. <br /> 2.
