All pre-construction documentation shall be acceptable to the City prior to commencing work. This record shall serve as a basis for determining any subsequent damage due to the Design- Builder's operations, including but not limited to settlement or movement of structures in the event of errors or omissions in Design-Builder's structural design. 5.11.2 East Clearwell Existing Floor and Wall Protection The Design-Builder shall protect the existing floor and walls from potential damage from construction activities and falling demolition debris. If loads are to be placed within the clearwell,the Design-Builder shall first determine the maximum equipment loading the existing floor can accommodate without cracking or other structural damage. 5.11.3 Construction Photographs Design-Builder shall photograph the progress of construction (including demolition)starting one month after the date of the pre-construction photographs and continuing monthly as long as the work is in progress. A sufficient number of photographs shall be taken to thoroughly document construction progress and support Design-Builder's applications for payment. All photographs shall be taken by a photographer with relevant experience in documenting industrial and municipal facilities. All photographs shall be taken on minimum 8 megapixel minimum digital format. 5.11.4 Record Drawings Design-Builder shall provide the Owner with Record Drawings as follows: 1. Record drawings shall depict East Clearwell Roof System, Screen House Bridge, additional work if needed, and all Ancillary Facilities as well as termination points for all demolished facilities at the Sites. 2. Record Drawings shall comprise all discipline design drawings required to accomplish the work. 3. Record Drawings shall be in AutoCAD, PDF, and half-size (11" x 17") hard copy format.All electronic formats shall be provided in the latest release of the software available at the time of the submittal. Design-Builder shall record as-constructed information concurrently with construction progress. Owner's Representative will review record drawings as part of the monthly pay request review process. No Work shall be concealed or buried until the required Record Drawing information is recorded.
