12.4 Storage Facilities Owner-furnished equipment may be stored on site at a location to be identified by the Owner's Representative. The Design-Builder shall provide equipment, labor, and materials necessary to unload the equipment from the delivery truck and move it into the designated location.Alternately, the Design-Builder may off-load the equipment and move it into the staging area for pedestrian bridge construction. 12.5 Design-Builder Delivery Acceptance The Design-Builder and Owner shall jointly inspect the condition of each piece of equipment upon delivery. Equipment delivered in crates or otherwise packaged will be uncrated by the Design-Builder to permit inspection. The condition of the equipment will be recorded by the Design-Builder and Owner on a form provided by the Owner.At the conclusion of this task, the equipment shall become a part of this Contract as if it had been furnished by the Design-Builder. Design-Builder shall be responsible for the care and protection of the Owner-furnished equipment until final acceptance. 12.6 Design-Builder-Provided Equipment and Materials The Design-Builder shall provide all equipment and materials necessary to install the Vendor- provided pedestrian bridge. This includes, but is not limited to,footings and building connection hardware, anchor bolts, and other materials identified in the conceptual design documents for the new pedestrian bridge. 12.7 Installation The Design-Builder shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to install the pedestrian bridge. The Design-Builder shall provide all new facilities and/or all modifications to the existing facilities specified to provide for installation of the bridge. The bridge shall be aligned, connected, and installed at the location shown on the Contract drawings (to be provided by City, assumed to be generally consistent with conceptual design drawings transmitted with RFP), and in accordance with the Vendor's recommendations.
