EXTENDED INTEGRATED ROOF WARRANTY In addition to the General Warranty required by Article 2, Section 2.9 of the Design-Build Contract, Design-Builder shall provide a 5-year integrated design,fabrication, and installation warranty for the East Clearwell roof systems;the Owner may, at its discretion, opt to accept or decline the extended warranty. Such warranty shall be in the form and shall contain the terms and conditions specified in Attachment 10.1. FORM OF PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS Attachment 11.1 to these Supplementary Conditions sets forth the form of Payment Bond and Performance Bond required by the City. No changes to these bond forms will be acceptable to the City. ARTICLE 12. OWNER-FURNISHED MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT This section identifies the Contract materials and equipment that will be furnished by the Owner. These Supplementary Conditions includes conceptual design documents (transmitted with RFP,see Table 2.1)for the Owner-furnished pedestrian bridge, replacing the existing Screen House Bridge. The conceptual design documents are included as an element of in the Supplementary Conditions of the DB Contract. Design-Builder shall use these documents as the basis for planning Design- Builders approach to construction of the Owner-furnished pedestrian bridge. 12.1 Equipment List The following is the list of materials and equipment that will be provided by the Owner for installation under this Contract. The following equipment has been selected by the Owner under a separate procurement agreement with the equipment vendor. 1. Pedestrian bridge assembly. 12.2 Design-Builder Coordination with Vendor- Material and Equipment For Owner-furnished material and equipment, a separate agreement between the Owner and the selected Vendor, which defines the scope of the Vendor's work and the costs to the Owner for providing this work, has been developed. This agreement will be assigned to the Design-Builder for coordination of installation. A copy of the procurement agreement can be acquired from the Owner. 12.3 Schedule The Owner will order Owner-furnished equipment within 30 days of Notice to Proceed. The Owner will secure Vendor-supplied equipment delivery no later than December 1, 2017. Delivery prior to this date may be possible.
