EXTENDED INTEGRATED ROOF WARRANTY <br /> In addition to the General Warranty required by Article 2, Section 2.9 of the Design-Build Contract, <br /> Design-Builder shall provide a 5-year integrated design,fabrication, and installation warranty for the <br /> East Clearwell roof systems;the Owner may, at its discretion, opt to accept or decline the extended <br /> warranty. Such warranty shall be in the form and shall contain the terms and conditions specified in <br /> Attachment 10.1. <br /> [NOTE TO PROPOSERS:SUBMITTED EXTENDED WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS,AS MODIFIED <br /> THROUGH NEGOTIATIONS,TO BE ATTACHED AS ATTACHMENT 10.1, BASED ON SELECTED DESIGN- <br /> BUILD FIRMS PROPOSAL] <br /> ARTICLE 11. FORM OF PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS <br /> Attachment 11.1 to these Supplementary Conditions sets forth the form of Payment Bond and <br /> Performance Bond required by the City. No changes to these bond forms will be acceptable to the <br /> City. <br /> ARTICLE 12. OWNER-FURNISHED MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT <br /> This section identifies the Contract materials and equipment that will be furnished by the Owner. <br /> These Supplementary Conditions includes conceptual design documents (transmitted with RFP,see <br /> Table 2.1)for the Owner-furnished pedestrian bridge, replacing the existing Screen House Bridge. <br /> The conceptual design documents are included as an element of in the Supplementary Conditions of <br /> the DB Contract. Design-Builder shall use these documents as the basis for planning Design- <br /> Builders approach to construction of the Owner-furnished pedestrian bridge. <br /> 12.1 Equipment List <br /> The following is the list of materials and equipment that will be provided by the Owner for installation <br /> under this Contract. The following equipment has been selected by the Owner under a separate <br /> procurement agreement with the equipment vendor. <br /> 1. Pedestrian bridge assembly. <br /> 12.2 Design-Builder Coordination with Vendor- Material and Equipment <br /> For Owner-furnished material and equipment, a separate agreement between the Owner and the <br /> selected Vendor, which defines the scope of the Vendor's work and the costs to the Owner for <br /> providing this work, has been developed. This agreement will be assigned to the Design-Builder for <br /> coordination of installation. A copy of the procurement agreement can be acquired from the Owner. <br /> 12.3 Schedule <br /> The Owner will order Owner-furnished equipment within 30 days of Notice to Proceed. The Owner <br /> will secure Vendor-supplied equipment delivery no later than December 1, 2017.
