Kaitlin Leeberg with LCB has stated tat retailers are limited to two separate sign3'fhat identify their outlet.She noted that both signs must be affixed to the building or permanent structure and are each limited to sixteen hundred square inches. Based on these size limitations, Planning cannot sign off and approve the permit as proposed until this is corrected and shown to be in conformance with State requirements. In an effort to work with you and keep this permit moving, we'll hold the permit for 30 days in anticipation of receiving a revised and conforming submittal. However if we do not receive such plans within the next 30 days,we will need to deem the application denied. Thank you for your patience as we looked into this proposal.
