Although subsequent permits indicated three stalls, four were required at the time <br /> of permitting; two of those four were shown at the front entry, and one of those spaces was <br /> removed. <br /> Parking Lot Revisions-Permit Application Required <br /> A parking lot permit application, with two sets of drawings, is required to indicate how the <br /> accessible parking will be restored, including signage. The permit application should be complete enough to issue no later than December 4, <br /> 2015. <br /> The drawings should show compliance with applicable sections of WAC 51-10, attached, or the <br /> 2012 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington, and the ICC/ANSI <br /> A117.1-2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities Standard. All required submittals <br /> must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be <br /> constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Please note that federal ADA regulations and <br /> standards may be more restrictive. These comments address building issues only.
