Permit History Attached site plan indicates that parking lot alterations have been made to remove an accessible parking space shown on permit B91-26746 per WAC 51-10 3rd Edition (copy attached). Although subsequent permits indicated three stalls, four were required at the time of permitting; two of those four were shown at the front entry, and one of those spaces was removed. Parking Lot Revisions-Permit Application Required A parking lot permit application, with two sets of drawings, is required to indicate how the accessible parking will be restored, including signage. The permit application should be complete enough to issue no later than December 4, 2015. The drawings should show compliance with applicable sections of WAC 51-10, attached, or the 2012 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington, and the ICC/ANSI A117.1-2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities Standard. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
