(8) CB 1511-50— 3rd and final Reading -Adopt the Proposed Ordinance regarding Insurance Plans for Appointive Officer, Classified Non-represented Employees and Elected Officials, amending Ordinance No. 1594-89, as amended (Chapter 2.74 EMC) (9) Adopt Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing their disposition. (10) CB 1511-51— 3rd and final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement Project entitled, "Wiggums Hollow Park Restroom Replacement", Fund 354, Program 046, to accumulate all costs for the Improvement Project. (11) Adopt Resolution indicating the City's intent to conduct a public hearing concerning the assumption of the rights, powers, functions and obligations of the Everett Transportation Benefit District. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Grant Agreement E16-120 with the Washington State Military Department to receive funding for Emergency Management Operations in the amount of$63,473.00. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with BHC Consultants, LLC to provide Preliminary Design services for the Sewer Regulators 4 and 39 Modifications Project in an amount not to exceed $100,455.
