Earlier this year, the City also approved Resolution No. 6850 that adopted the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan. The attached resolution proposes to modify Resolution 6850,which gave direction related to the implementation of projects in the Action Plan using several funding sources. The Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community Development is recommending two changes. The first change is to amend the Snohomish County Consolidated Plan to add tenant based rental assistance(TBRA)to the allowed uses for HOME funding passed through from Snohomish County to the City of Everett. The second change is to reallocate$145,000 in HOME funds to Housing Hope's Kennedy Court housing rehabilitation project. RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution concerning amendments to the Snohomish County 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan. 1
