The replacement <br /> project includes four major scope elements: <br /> 1)Demolition of the remaining existing structure; <br /> 2)Restoration of utilities; <br /> 3)Acquisition and installation of a prefabricated restroom building with fire resistant elements in the <br /> individual restroom compartments; and <br /> 4)Modifications to the existing walkway from the vehicle parking lot(on the park's east side)to the <br /> restroom building for compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt an Ordinance creating a special improvement project entitled"Wiggums Hollow Park Restroom <br /> Replacement", Fund 354,Program 046,to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> 49 <br />
