PURPOSE&DESCRIPTION: <br /> The purpose of the FY 2015 Emergency Management Performance Grant(15EMPG) is to provide U.S.Department of Homeland <br /> Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Federal award funds to local jurisdictions and tribes with <br /> emergency management programs to assist in preparing for all hazards through sustainment and enhancement of those programs <br /> as described in the Work Plan. <br /> The Department is the Recipient and Pass-through Entity of the 15EMPG Award EMW-2015-EP-00028-S01,which is incorporated <br /> in and attached hereto as Attachment#1,and has made a subaward of Federal award funds to the Subrecipient pursuant to this • <br /> Agreement.
