October 11, 2017 <br /> Bob Creamer, Everett, expressed his concerns regarding the transparency <br /> of the process. <br /> Aaron Powell, Everett, spoke against the low-barrier housing project and <br /> reallocation of dollars to support Housing Hope. <br /> Fred Safstrom, CEO Housing Hope, thanked Mayor Stephanson for his <br /> leadership and thanked city council members for careful consideration. He <br /> also provided an update on the status of the project. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Franklin, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3574-17 adopted. <br /> QUIT CLAIM DEED — PROPERTY ADJACENT TO WEST MARINE VIEW <br /> DRIVE <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Quit Claim Deed to the Port <br /> of Everett for title clearing purposes for property adjacent to West <br /> Marine View Drive. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 344 <br />
