October 11, 2017 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — HILLSIDE RUNOFF IN THE MARSHLAND <br /> BASIN <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Interlocal Agreement regarding increased hillside runoff in the <br /> Marshland Basin due to upland development, providing a one-year <br /> extension. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — 2018 INMATE HOUSING <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with <br /> the Yakima County Jail for 2018 inmate housing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT (RECONSIDERATION) — THE UNITED STATES <br /> FOREST SERVICE - DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement No. 12 to the Lease Agreement <br /> with the United States Forest Service - Department of Agriculture to <br /> extend lease an additional five years. <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT (RECONSIDERATION) — THE UNITED STATES <br /> FOREST SERVICE PUGET SOUND INTERAGENCY <br /> COMMUNICATION CENTER <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement No. 4 to the Lease Agreement <br /> with the United States Forest Service Puget Sound Interagency <br /> Communication Center to extend lease an additional five years. <br /> 345 <br />
