PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS (2) CB 1709-45 — 2nd Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance closing the special improvement project entitled "Downtown Area Sustainable Maintenance Renovation" Fund 354, Program 027 as established by Ordinance No. 2819-05.
