(7) Authorize the closure of various streets on October 15, 2017, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., for the Snohomish River Run Marathon, half Marathon and 10K sponsored by the Snohomish Running Company. (8) Authorize the closure of various streets (map attached) on September 30, 2017, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., for the Everett Sausagefest 10K run, sponsored by Immaculate Conception/Our Lady of Perpetual Help School Boosters Club. (9) Authorize the closure of Hewitt Avenue between Wetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue on October 8, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., for a motorcycle show and block party, sponsored by Motorcycle Goodies. ACTION ITEMS: (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement No. 12 to the Lease Agreement with the United States Forest Service - Department of Agriculture to extend lease an additional five years. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Agreement No. 4 to the Lease Agreement with the United States Forest Service Puget Sound Interagency Communication Center to extend lease an additional five years. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Patrol Academy Facility Use Agreement to participate in motorcycle training.
