RESOLUTION No. EjV ?ETT <br /> A Resolution declaring one International truck chassis with mobile crane unit <br /> surplus and authorizing its sale at public auction. <br /> Whereas, the City has one International 4900 Truck Chassis with Mobile <br /> Crane Unit(J0010) in its fleet; and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the <br /> City; and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplus <br /> or disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas, based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 <br /> a public auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; <br /> and <br /> Whereas, the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the <br /> estimated value of the surplus property and has recommended to surplus the <br /> above-referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City <br /> of Everett: <br /> 1. The Whereas, the City has one International 4900 Truck Chassis with <br /> Mobile Crane Unit(J0010) is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
