The following is a quick response to each item. <br /> Plan Review Comments <br /> Construction <br /> 1.The access to the toilet room should not pass through the kitchen or food preparation areas, per IBC section <br /> 2902.3.1, as amended by WA State. Per IBC section 2902.3.1,the route to the public toilet facility required by <br /> Section 2902.3 shall be from within the building or from the exterior of the building. Access from the exterior <br /> of the building does not pass through the kitchen or food preparation areas only the ware washing area. <br /> 2.The total occupant load should be shown not to exceed 30 for the suite, per IBC section 2902.2, exception 4 as <br /> amended by WA State.A posted occupancy sign will be required, and should be shown on the plans. Please provide <br /> occupancy calculations per IBC table 1004.1.2. Understood and does comply,see sheet A0.1 Occupancy Load <br /> Calculation is 29 and Fire/Life Safety Note#4 states "PROVIDE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY SIGN OVER MAIN DOOR(S)(SIGNS <br /> SHALL BE POSTED IN A CONSPICUOUS LOCATION NEAR THE MAIN EXIT OR EXIT-ACCESS DOORWAY FROM THE ROOM)." <br /> a. For an occupant load higher than 30, a second accessible toilet room is required. Occupancy Load is less <br /> than 30,see sheet A0.1 Occupancy Load Calculation. <br /> 3. Insulation should not be put directly on top of the removable ceiling panels, but shown in section in an alternate <br /> installation. There does not appear to be insulation at the roof level. See detail 19 on sheet A1.0 for insulation <br /> detail. <br /> 4. Please submit a door and window schedule to identify all new and existing doors. See door schedule on sheet <br /> A1.0. All exterior doors and windows are existing too remain.See keynote 14 on sheet A1.0. <br /> 5. Please show a roof plan to indicate existing and new rooftop mechanical penetrations and equipment for this tenant <br /> build-out. Roof plan added to sheet A2.0. <br /> 6. The ceiling detail should show a 2 inch angle at the wall, per the Northwest Ceiling Bureau details on document 401. <br /> Additional details added to detail 19 on sheet A4.0. <br /> 7. Safety glazing should be shown on all door and window elevations as required by IBC section 2406.4. Safety <br /> glazing callout add to elevations,see sheet A3.0. <br /> 8.
