Revisions are necessary <br /> before a permit can be issued. Please provide a response letter with two sets of revised drawings, with <br /> areas of revisions clouded on the drawings. Plan review will resume when the requested information is <br /> submitted and sufficient information is shown to ensure that the proposed structures will be constructed <br /> in compliance with all adopted codes. <br /> Please plan on inserting the revisions to the original plan sets at the counter. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. The access to the toilet room should not pass through the kitchen or food preparation areas, per <br /> IBC section 2902.3.1, as amended by WA State. <br /> 2. The total occupant load should be shown not to exceed 30 for the suite, per IBC section 2902.2, <br /> exception 4 as amended by WA State. A posted occupancy sign will be required, and should be <br /> shown on the plans. Please provide occupancy calculations per IBC table 1004.1.2. <br /> a. For an occupant load higher than 30, a second accessible toilet room is required. <br /> 3. Insulation should not be put directly on top of the removable ceiling panels, but shown in section <br /> in an alternate installation. There does not appear to be insulation at the roof level. <br /> 4. Please submit a door and window schedule to identify all new and existing doors. <br /> 5. Please show a roof plan to indicate existing and new rooftop mechanical penetrations and <br /> equipment for this tenant build-out. <br /> 6. The ceiling detail should show a 2 inch angle at the wall, per the Northwest Ceiling Bureau details <br /> on document 401. <br /> 7. Safety glazing should be shown on all door and window elevations as required by IBC section <br /> 2406.4. <br /> 8. Please clarify the location of the sink on the plan as shown on elevation D on sheet A3.0. <br /> Accessibility <br /> 1. The following should be shown on the drawings: <br /> a. Door hardware should be shown to be accessible for the new toilet room, per IEBC <br /> section 410.7. <br /> b. The toilet paper dispensers should be shown on the toilet room elevations to meet the <br /> requirements of ICC-A117.1-2009 section 604.7. <br /> c.
