Appointive officers who have successfully passed probation shall be allowed, <br /> upon voluntary separation, retirement or, in situations of reduction in force from <br /> city employment,to receive a payment equal to ten(10%)percent of the value of <br /> their then existing sick leave accrual balances. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Appointive officers who have successfully passed probation shall be allowed, <br /> upon voluntary separation, retirement, or in situations of reduction in force from <br /> city employment to receive a payment equal to fifteen percent(15%) of the value <br /> of their then existing sick leave accrual balances. <br /> Section 4. Corrections <br /> The City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br /> corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener's <br /> and clerical errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers, and <br /> any references thereto. <br /> Section 5.
