December 9, 2015 <br /> Stonecipher asked administration to take a look at the esthetic appeal and <br /> report back to the Council. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she would direct staff to gather <br /> information and report back to the Council. <br /> Council Member Moore echoed previous comments on the Broadway <br /> Bridge re-opening. <br /> President Bader also commented the Broadway Bridge re-opening. He <br /> reported on his attendance at the Holiday on the Bay celebration and <br /> thanked Port of Everett for organizing this event. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles announced that an executive session, previously <br /> requested by the City Attorney's office, is cancelled. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> There were no citizens who wished to speak. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Alcohol Impact Areas <br /> Presented by Lieutenant Bosman, Police <br /> Council Member Roberts inquired about availability of data from <br /> other agencies that shows the difference in the amount of illegal <br /> activities associated with the voluntary compliance versus required <br /> compliance. <br /> 397 <br />
