December 16, 2015 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., December 16, 2015, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members <br /> Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. <br /> Council Member Gipson was excused. <br /> Council Member Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 9, 2015, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. <br /> MAYO R <br /> Mayor Stephanson complimented Council Member Tuohy for a well-run <br /> Public Safety Subcommittee meeting, which was held earlier this evening. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his recent attendance at the Mental <br /> Health Alternatives (MAP) court, and complimented Everett Municipal <br /> Court Judge Van Slyck and her team for their great work. He asked <br /> President Bader to schedule a brief meeting on January 6, 2016, of the <br /> General Government Subcommittee. Additionally, Council Member <br /> Roberts expressed a desire to move forward with the next steps for a <br /> climate action plan sometime in January. <br /> Council Member Murphy followed up with a reminder that the Budget <br /> Subcommittee has earmarked $30,000 for a climate action plan proposal. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report on her attendance at the <br /> Library Board meeting last evening. She thanked everyone who <br /> contributed to this evening's Public Safety Subcommittee meeting and <br /> announced that the next meeting of the subcommittee will be held on <br /> January 13, 2016. <br /> 404 <br />
