He provided a <br /> liaison report on his attendance today at the Public Facilities District Board <br /> meeting and open house. He also announced that Board Member Tom <br /> Gaffney will not be returning to the PFD Board. <br /> Council Member Murphy requested a resolution be drafted to honor <br /> Tom Gaffney for his 12 years of service on the PFD Board. Debra Bryant, <br /> Administration, stated she would look into it. <br /> President Bader confirmed the next meeting of the General Government <br /> Subcommittee will be held on January 6, 2016.
