CONSENT ITEMS: (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of$1,004,513.30 for the period of November 28, 2015 through December 4, 2015. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of$3,606,313.14 ending December 4, 2015. (7) Accept the Stormwater Facility Access Retrofit Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Taylor's Excavators allowing the release of the City held retainage. (8) Authorize Call for Bids for the Citywide Safety Improvements and Pacific Avenue and Broadway Safety Improvement Projects. PUBLIC HEARING: (9) Adopt Resolution concerning amendments to the Snohomish County 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan. ACTION ITEMS: (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 2 with Outcomes by Levy, LLC to provide consulting services on legislative matters primarily at the state and regional levels. (11) Authorize the payment of the Polaris Custom Services Set-up Fee to allow for set-up of a new digital Branch Profile by Innovative, in the amount of$500.00 with no Washington State sales tax. (12) Authorize the payment of invoices from Innovative for a one year subscription to Overdrive to allow for online library systems and updating of the Remote Telephone Server to allow for remote staging, in the amount of$2,150.00 with no Washington State sales tax. • (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment #1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Cities Digital, Inc. substantially in the form provided for an additional amount of$75,159.67 including Washington State sales tax. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement to Use City Property with Canteen Vending. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign a three year License to Use City Property Agreement with Dog Day Afternoon for Parks Concession Services.
