(16) Authorize the Mayor to sign a three year License to Use City Property Agreement with Everett Rowing Association for use of the shell house at 300 Smith Island Road. (17) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Forterra to continue implementation of a restoration plan for several publicly owned urban forested areas within the City of Everett, in an amount not to exceed $60,000. (18) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement with Otak Inc., to provide engineering services for Hayes Street Regulator and CSO Controls (SRO1,2 &3) in an amount not to exceed $513,183.00 (19) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Aspect Consulting, LLC to provide continuing geotechnical engineering services for PSO4 Sewage Separation Project in the additional amount of$9,960.00. (20) Authorize the Mayor to sign the 5-year Water Supply Forum Agreement to coordinate and perform regional water-supply related activities. (21) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Tulalip Water Pipeline Easement from the Port of Everett, through the Riverside Business Park, substantially in the form attached. (22) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Tulalip Water Pipeline Segment 2 — Burlington Northern Sante Fe Pipeline License in the amount of$91,401.00 to allow the pipeline to cross the Railroad right-of-way. (23) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Safe Harbor-Cooperative Habitat Enhancement Agreement with the United States Forest Service and Washington State Department of Natural Resources to protect listed wildlife.
