PROPOSED ACTION: (3) CB 1512-52 - 2nd Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance directing the Chief of Police to request the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board recognize the Core Commercial Areas Alcohol Impact Areas adopted pursuant to Ordinance No. 3430-15 and impose mandatory restrictions on Off-Premise alcohol sales.
