A ACTION ITEMS: (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 4 with McBee Strategic Consulting, LLC to provide consulting services on legislative matters at the federal level. (9) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interagency Agreement between Administrative Office of the Courts and the Everett Municipal Court to allow the continued participation in the State funded interpreter reimbursement program for the 2015 fiscal year. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment A with the Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management to accept funds under the Homeland Security Grant Program for the purchase of specialized equipment in the amount of$14,486.00. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Lease Renewal and Amendment No. 1 to the Lease Agreement with Austin Java for space in the Everett Station. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign Eighth Amendment to Property Disposition Agreement, in substantially the form provided. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 10 to the Professional Services Agreement with Perteet, Inc. for the Riverfront Development extending the Agreement completion date to December 31, 2016 at no additional cost to the City. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 12 to the Professional Services Agreement with MacLeod Reckord for the Riverfront Development in an amount not to exceed $289,945.00. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement with Perteet, Inc. for the 41st Street to West Marine View Drive Freight Mobility Improvements, to extend the completion date to December 31, 2016, at no cost to the city.
