7 <br /> 10. Provide in-house QA/QC of documents. <br /> Client Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide all flow and operational data necessary to evaluate the CFD model. At a <br /> minimum, the needed flow data will include: average dry weather, annual average, <br /> maximum month, peak hour, minimum hour. <br /> 2. Obtain and provide existing CFD report information, detailing assumptions and boundary <br /> conditions used, from Carollo and other consultants. <br /> 3. Provide access to the site and all equipment. <br /> 4. Provide existing submittals, as-built documentation, and O&M information on existing <br /> equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. <br /> 5. Before the Design Team walk-through of the plant, provide a discussion of the following: <br /> a. A short history of modifications to the plant and a summary of what the Design Team <br /> will be seeing. <br /> b. Major issues of concern that need to be reconciled during design. <br /> 6. Provide local electrician, during site visit, for purposes of opening electrical power and <br /> control panels to facilitate taking of pictures and annotating existing conditions. <br /> 7. Provide appropriate O&M Staff to accompany the Design Team during the site visit. <br /> 8. Provide timely input on all deliverables and information requests from the Consultant. <br /> Client reviews shall be completed within 3-weeks. <br /> 9. Provide consolidate review comments on provided (or City) forms. <br /> • 10. Provide record (as-built) documents, current operating control strategies and plant • <br /> monitoring data. <br /> 11. Provide field data as necessary. <br /> 12. Provide desired input on features inside new and upgraded facilities. <br /> 13. Provide input on existing and desired facility/plant operation. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Up to one day of site visit time for two team members (process and mechanical) and a <br /> half day for two additional team members(electrical/l&C and structural). <br /> 2. The pump test can be completed in two days with two team members present during the <br /> testing. Pump test shall be completed between November and June. <br /> 3. Any new PLC and/or SCADA equipment will connect to the existing plant-wide <br /> PLC/SCADA system. <br /> 4. New PLC control panels are required for the new Chlorination Building. Existing PLC <br /> Control Panel in the Pump Station and the Dechlorination Building will remain and be <br /> changed as necessary for any modifications to the Pump Station. All programming will <br /> be performed by plant personnel or control system integrator. <br /> 5.
